Whey Protein Shake Muffin Bites

• 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Shake
• ½ cup water
• ½ tsp. of coconut, orange or banana flavoring of your choice
• 1 packet Splenda


• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
• In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until thin
• consistency.
• Spray mini muffin pans with Pam.
• Fill muffin pans ¾ full.
• Bake for 15 minutes.
• When cooled add 1 tsp. of fat free cool whip and a small strawberry or blueberry on top.


NOTE:   1 scoop of protein powder = 110 calories of protein. With one scoop you can eat all of them!!
