Rosemary Almonds

• 1 10oz can natural almonds
• 2 Tbls chopped fresh rosemary
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 Tbls melted butter

• Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
• Mix all the ingredients EXCEPT the almonds.
• Bake the almonds for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
• Take out of the oven and mix with the other ingredients.
• Stir until the nuts are coated... let cool and ENJOY!!!

Serving size.. 1/4 cup
3.4 net carb... 171 calories... 15.1g fat
